Hosted by our friends Cocoon Networks in their state-of-the-art Christopher St facility, China-UK Hi! Tech Festival is the place to be for UK techies looking to make waves in China.

Spread over three jam-packed days, the festival will discuss smart technologies involved in ‘‘Industry 4.0 & Made in China 2025’’, and revolve around emerging industries such as big data, AI, block chain, IoT, AR/VR, MedTech and Green Tech.

Last year’s Hi! Tech festival was a great success, with over 2500 delegates and more than 100 industry leaders and public figures in attendance. This year can only be bigger and better! We can’t wait.

Broadcasting New Media – is 5G a solution or a diversion?
Tuesday 13th June

As broadcast and media junkies, we’re super excited for this event from Cambridge Wireless and Digital Catapult.

Kicking off at 13:00 at the Digital Catapult HQ in King’s Cross, the event will examine how broadcast models and consumer behaviours are likely to be affected by the advent of 5G.

5G was announced as a priority for Government spending in the March Budget. This is good news for many businesses, as 5G has the potential to save brands both time and money. As yet, we can only speculate what impact this will have on the media, so we’ll be paying close attention to the insight delivered at Cambridge Wireless’s session.

Money Talks: VCs Take The Stage
Thursday 15th June

Tech and business festivals are no stranger to the ‘pitch battle’ feature. However, Innovate Finance has turned the format on its head.

At Innovate Finance’s event, VCs take to the stage and pitch to a panel of startups for the chance to invest in their business. The event aims to examine what sets VCs apart, and is there really more to investment than cash?

The event kicks off at 10:00 in Canary Wharf. Booking essential!
